How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: Browse our online catalogue, select your desired items, and choose ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout.
2. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order and providing collection details.
3. Collection: Visit our store with your receipt (electronic or printed) and a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) matching the name on the receipt. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please inform us in advance; they will need to present their own photo ID and a copy of the receipt.

Additional Information:

• Holding Period: We will hold your order for 7 days to accommodate your schedule. If uncollected, we’ll attempt to contact you and may extend the holding period by an additional 7 days. After this time, uncollected items may be returned to stock.
