Summary

  • We offer free Standard UK Mainland delivery (3 to 5 working days) on all orders £75 or more.
  • We offer a Priority delivery option (1 to 2 working days); however, we do not currently offer a guaranteed Next Day service.
  • Delivery to certain parts of the UK, including N. Ireland, Highlands and Islands, will incur a delivery cost regardless of order value, and the delivery time offered is only 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery time is quoted at checkout based on the time of placing the order and the delivery method chosen.
  • We currently cannot offer delivery to Europe, but we are happy to ship to a third-party in the UK that can ship the product abroad — however, all paperwork, fees and arrangements will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address; please refer to our delivery map for guidance. Note that this is a guide only.
  • Delivery is unavailable on bank holidays. While Saturday delivery may be possible for certain small items, it cannot be guaranteed.

Exclusions

Some products cannot be delivered to some areas/postcodes (usually within Zone 2 - see the delivery map) due to restrictions with our carriers or lack of availability. You will be notified shortly after your order if there are any issues with delivery to your address.

Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with all tracking details, including carrier, tracking number and tracking URL.

Tracking and Giving Instructions

Use the tracking number to give the delivery company instructions to leave your package in a safe place on your property or with a neighbour. This can be easily done through the delivery company's app or website.

Safe and Swift Delivery

We strive to deliver all our products swiftly. Our delivery partners are chosen for their reliability and accuracy. When your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from the delivery company. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver to your address. If they are unable to deliver, further attempts will be made. If you have not given special instructions (e.g., leave in a safe place or with a neighbour), your package may be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may apply.

Note: If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If you notice the damage later, please inform us within 2 working days of receiving the item.
